Web design has always been an interesting and fun challenge for me since I have to balance functionality and ease of use, with design and creativity.
In January of 2006, I went back to Seneca College for their Webmaster Content Design postgraduate course to upgrade my skills and to refamiliarize myself with some of the more technical aspects of web design and development.
In doing so, I was exposed to working in PHP, JavaScript, and ActionScript. Three languages I had limited exposure to, prior to taking this course. Though I still consider myself a designer first, I am now capable of working with those tools as well.
